What is a Good Faith Estimate?
A Good Faith Estimate details the cost of your medical care. Under the law, patients who do not have insurance or choose not to use their insurance are entitled to receive an estimate of medical items and services.
How much are couples therapy sessions?
Couples sessions are $150. Intake sessions are also $150. You will not be charged more than $150 for couples therapy services.
How much are individual therapy sessions?
Patients who choose not to use their insurance or do not have insurance, individual sessions are $125. Individual intake sessions are also $125. You will not be charged more than $125 for sessions.
About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker in Maryland. I earned a Doctor of Social Work from Tulane University. In addition, I earned a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Monmouth University.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, families, and couples. I have experience providing individual counseling, group counseling, couples counseling, and career advice to other social workers. Social work is my passion. My passion and experience have helped shape me into the Social Worker that I am today.

Couples Therapy
Relationships sometimes feel like fairytales in the beginning. However, you may realize the spark you once had has faded. Through sessions, I can assist couples in finding the root of the issue and develop solutions that can strengthen the relationship. There will be a total of 8-10 sessions. Couples sessions are $150 per session.

Individual Therapy
Have situations in your life caused you to feel unbalanced? Leaving a toxic relationship, becoming a new parent, or a new move are just a few life transitions that may be difficult. During individual therapy sessions, I use techniques that assist you in learning coping skills, stress management, and more. There will be a total of 8-10 sessions. Individual sessions are $125 per session.
Individual and Group Supervision
Now providing individual and group supervision services. Services are $80 per supervision meeting.
Co-Parenting Group
Wise Counseling & Consultation now host a Co-Parenting Group. During sessions, you will learn healthy communication strategies, techniques to build your child's self esteem, and conflict resolution skills. Groups will meet for 8 sessions in total. Co-parenting group sessions are $30 per session.
