ABOUT ME
I'm a Clinical Social Worker in Maryland. I received a Bachelors in Social Work and a Masters in Social Work at Monmouth University. I am furthering my education in Social Work as a doctoral student at Tulane University.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, families, and couples. I have experience providing individual counseling, group counseling, couples counseling, and career advice to other social workers. Social work is my passion. My passion and experience have helped shape me into the Social Worker that I am today.

Relationships sometimes feel like fairytales in the beginning. However, you may realize the spark you once had has faded. Through sessions, I can assist couples in finding the root of the issue and develop solutions that can strengthen the relationship. I provide teletherapy services and evening appointments.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Have situations in your life caused you to feel unbalanced? Leaving a toxic relationship, becoming a new parent, or a new move are just a few life transitions that may be difficult. During individual therapy sessions, I use techniques that assist you in learning coping skills, stress management, and more. I provide teletherapy services and evening appointments.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPERVISION

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Chakra Balance
